The Exchange – Farmington, Connecticut

 

 This “Horse-Shoe” shaped 1970s, 4-story office building with complex geometrical roof lines sits on a beautifully landscaped site. The entire exterior façade of the building has been renovated. The two main building entrances are highlighted with free-standing aluminum and glass sculptural canopies, providing protection from the elements and acting as illuminated landmarks. The interior of the building, tenant spaces and the hallways are also being renovated in phases.  The building also hosts three restaurants and delis at ground level that have also been entirely redesigned.
