Received her Bachelor’s degree of Architecture at the University of Ibague in Colombia, South America. As a result of her extensive travels through South America and her extended education in Brazil she has contributed to the young, dynamic and cosmopolitan character of the Company. She is a Senior Architect & Office Manager for the New York Office and has been with the firm for over 14 years.
Mrs. Fajardo has contributed to several of the prestigious High-End Residences and Mid-rise Multifamily projects designed by the firm, as well as Retail, Office Planning, Medical and Dental Office projects. She has proven herself as a valuable asset to the company through her research, organizational skills, specification and bid documents writing and preparation and implementation of detailed construction drawings. In addition to her role as a Senior Architect, she is in charge of training and supervising company interns and Jr. Architects.

Carolina Fajardo
Received his Bachelor’s degree of Civil Engineering at Tongji University in Shanghai, China and Received his Master’s degree of Architecture at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. He is a Junior Architect in our New York Office and is in charge of the software and computer division of the firm.
Mr. Nan has contributed to many of the firm's residential projects, code and zoning research and preparation of construction documents with a particular emphasis on structural analysis.

Chenghui Nan
Received his bachelor's degree in Architecture at the Rajalakshmi school of Architecture in Chennai, India. Received his Master's Degree in Architecture at the College of Architecture and Design (NJIT) in New Jersey. He is a Junior Architect in our New York office contributing to our firms' commercial and residential projects, including code and zoning Research, and preparation of construction documents.
His core interest areas are Sustainable Architecture, Permaculture and off-grid housing.
