Lord Jesus Bible Church, Rivervale, NJ

 

We were approached by our client to convert an existing two-story building, including basement, into a new church congregation facility inclusive of offices, library, reading rooms, children's day care facilities, and kitchen and dining facilities. The entire space was structurally reinforced to comply with Building Code requirements for higher occupancy. In addition, long span beams were specified in order to produce a clear and column-free main worship area. We upgraded the entire building envelope and created a completely handicap-accessible building. New interior sprinkler system and mechanical equipment were also specified.
