Whole Campus Restoration - Briarcliff Manor, NY

This historic 37 acre property was established in 1903 as the main campus of Briarcliff College. In the 1980s, Pace University took over the site and ran it as their Pace Briarcliff Campus until 2018. The scope of work involved extensive renovations to both the interior and exterior of five campus buildings, including facade renovations, enlarged classrooms, dining halls, faculty offices, and recreational facilities. Structural reinforcement is part of said renovations, with upgrades to all mechanical systems such as sprinkler and fire alarm equipment to comply with the latest Building & Fire Code requirements.

Project Budget: $ 18 Million - Area of Work: 173,000 Square Feet
