New Commercial Offices Building, Yonkers, NY

 

We were approached by a financial and development corporation to redesign a 3-story free-standing commercial office building at the corner of a busy intersection just a few blocks away from downtown Yonkers. Present on the site was a dilapidated existing concrete structure, the basis of which we managed to keep as the supporting structure for our restoration project. The goal for this project was to design a comfortable working environment for professional offices with plenty of storage area and a full-size garage space for the developer's trucks and construction equipment. Our firm was hired to design and coordinate all HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems in the building.
