The Spencer Condominium is a 9-story apartment building located in Brooklyn, NY. The scope of work for this building involved the complete restoration of the exterior building envelope and the replacement of any existing damaged bricks. We filed and completed the 9th Cycle for the Local Law 11/98 of the NYC Building Code. This full-service project included the programming, design development, construction documents & specifications as well as monitoring and administration.
