Winston Tower, Cliffside Park, NY

The Winston Tower complex consists of a 31 Story, high-end apartment building, one of the tallest apartment buildings on the west side of the Hudson River. 

Our scope of work for this building involved the complete restoration and contract administration for the common spaces, lobby areas and interior hallways on all 31-stories.

We also coordinated with various vendors (carpeting, wall covering, ceiling finishes, full-sized murals and artwork, cove lighting and mechanical systems) to aid the Condominium Board from the initial conceptual schemes to completion and final punch list.
