As part of the latest Local Law 11 code requirements of New York City, we were hired by the building management to investigate and prepare a Cycle 9 report for the NYC DOB.

The façade of the building was thoroughly inspected by our Qualified Exterior Wall Inspectors (QEWI) who are certified and registered with the DOB special façade department. A close-up inspection from a platform truck was performed for the main façades to verify and document on the DOB dedicated portal .
