Carnegie East House, New York, NY

 

Carnegie East House is one of New York's premier non-profit senior living communities located in the heart of Manhattan and housed in a modern 19-story building. Our firm was contracted to inspect the entire building envelope as part of the NYC LL 11/98. Additionally, the existing cellar level of the building was experiencing extensive and constant water infiltration problems due to underground construction in the vicinity. The project involved the entire building envelope, main facades, fenestration, and parapets thoroughly restored.
