This 17-story building in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan originally built in 1926, features beautiful turn-of-the-century terracotta decorative motifs and adobe. This full-service project included preparation of construction documents and project management, including coordination of probe tests for steel and concrete structural members. One challenging aspect of this project was coordinating and obtaining the many necessary permits from the different city agencies involved as well as having to work around the several retail and commercial spaces on the ground floor of the building.
